ARNHAO
Imagine what could be accomplished if fleeting carnal pursuit was replaced with scholarship and creative enterprise. But were this the case, imagine the scientific, literary, and artistic vanguard we’d also be without… Atlanta-based ArnHao (Andrew Hamlet + Arturo “Trizz” Holmes) share a similar story. Featuring shimmering synthesizers, pulsing bass and stargazing falsettos, ArnHao take listeners into a celestial wonderland of mythological circumstance where treasure-filled caverns, warm igloos, tempting goddesses, and flying bicycles abound. Nothing is quite as it seems.

HOLYGRAILERS
Downtempo beatshiek Nikhil Shah aka Holygrailers blends sparse samples of jazz and soul music to create balmy compositions that leave you as woozy as an Ambien-fueled sextravaganza. His first single "Rosa" opens with sensual vocals and a shuffling rhythm section that mingles tenderly placed piano chords with twitching fingersnaps and rimshots. The piece winds down with slow-fading washes of gently pulsating bass and synthesizer, leaving gauzy and debonair the best words to describe Holygrailer's haze of electronic beat-making as "Rosa" smothers you into a warm, blissful coma.
